1. I qualify that statement with 'business' because if you're familiar with Atlanta you know that there's really no reason to go downtown, except for work.
"Quality Business Stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/18/2012 Vote
2. San Francisco, Houston, Los Angeles, New York and Chicago all seem to, for whatever reason, have much better race-relations than does Atlanta, where passive-aggressiveness and a pointed lack of motivation seem to, for some reason, be the rule here rather than the exception.
"A half-hearted renovation combined with half-hearted service. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/30/2012 Vote
3. The market in the lobby was nice -- I was able to get a fresh fruit cup of delicious strawberries for a reasonable price and a Starbucks specialty drink.
"Fine " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/31/2012 Vote
4. WiFi expensive and cannot access in lower levelsChecked into at 2 pm and no kings except in wheelchair accessible room but for some strange reason, no shelf to put toiletries - not even a toothbrush.
"Don't expect WiFi in lower levels " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/21/2011 Vote
5. The food/buffet was reasonably priced.
"S'Ways Restaurant in the lobby . Good food, lazy maitre d'. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/1/2011 Vote
6. With a discount from the conference I was attending, I paid 180 dollars a night for a room, which for a decent luxury hotel in the middle of downtown Atlanta would be fairly reasonable.
"Stay away! Much better of staying next door. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/7/2011 Vote
7. It was reasonably clean although my shower/bath had a big brown hard water stain on the floor and the first time I used it spit out brown water for about the first minute.
"Stay away! Much better of staying next door. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/7/2011 Vote
8. Three design features of the room were bad, bad, bad in terms of getting a reasonable nights sleep:- noisy aircon fan that came close to waking you each time it clicked on- a door closer on the front door that moved so fast you could only catch it to close the door quietly if you had Olympian reaction times.
"Noisy, impersonal and poor value for money " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/2/2011 Vote
9. In summary: a reasonably comfortable downtown hotel that presents an appearance of luxury.
"Serious accessibility problems that no one seems empowered to address " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/29/2011 Vote
10. When I arrived at the room, there were no towels for whatever reason but when I called room service they delivered promptly.
"Pricey but OK " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/21/2011 Vote
