1. Compared with the last stay in November 2011, there is no big change and I do not have any complaint on any customer service.

7. There is a Mall 1 block away with a big food court for a fast meal and at least 10 sit down restaurants in a 5 min walk.

8. The built in negatives for this location are typical big city parking charge of $29/day and the oddly standard charge for Wifi in high end hotels (while mid range hotels continue to provide it free).

10. The gym- they have all the machines jammed together in a room, which may be permanent or temporary- I don't know, but they are so close together that when I dismounted my eliptical and started to exit, I fell head first over a big box that I guess was hiding the wires.
