5. It is a huge complex with multiple towers, so it feels noisy, almost like it's own city and it takes 15 minutes just to walk between the conference rooms and the cafe.

7. I understand that this is a city hotel and hence I expect the room to not be huge, but the bathroom was so small that when I turned in the shower, I would hit my elbow on the grab bar.
