1. Very quiet rooms.

2. Went on a Friday and check out on Monday, this part of town is very quiet on weekends unless there is a major event nearby (an stadium and an arena between walking distance)I will go back, but this time with my wife and kids, really enjoy it, great rooms.

3. Downtown Phoenix is weirdly, eerily quiet with little street-level retail or even humans (except for conventioneers walking from center to hotel) - unlike, say, Boston - not a CVS or fast food place in sight.
