1. It was a pleasant surprise when I came back to the room after a full day and the place didnt smell like eggs/pancakes because I had forgot to call.

4. I understand that by not changing the sheets everyday you save energy, water, soap, and eventually labor cost; but I personally would just like to have the bed made and the trash taken away every day.

7. The floor space of the lobby is something like 4 or 5 times that of the Hyatt Regency and Renaissance nearby.
