1. When we arrived we had to ask for the gift card which was given to us by a manager who made it clear he was not happy about having to give it to us, and there was no gift in the room.

4. The hotel and staff, in particular, Mrs Michelle Theodule, Front Desk Mgr, who makes sure all guests are kept happy with the details that the Newportbeachside Hotel has to offer.

10. Finally a shout for Michelle Theodule, the front desk manager, she was happy to resolve any issues, she and all of the staff obviously enjoyed working at the resort and everyone was in good spirits.
