1. Also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was excellent with very friendly and attentive waiters.

2. The hotel has excellent amenities, is very complete, the attention is very good, everything is clean, amazing swimming pool, and all the environment is very nice and conffortable.

3. We stayed 1 night before a cruise--had lunch at the Tiki Bar--the special of the day was fish & chips--we all received raw fish--could not get the attention of any of the staff--had to pick up the plates and take them to the bar ourselves for attention --they did re-cook the fish for us--Our room was out-dated with a murphy bed--we were on a floor that was 3/4 under construction--was very noisy into the night--finally we called the desk & the construction quieted down--very dusty--we looked at the remodeled room which looked much better than the room we were in--parking was valet with a charge daily & the staff expected tips to get your car-Breakfast was good-it came with the room--but only 2--the desk staff did 'slip' us 1 more ticket for breakfast without charge (the best thing about the stay).

Strike Three: My reservation included free breakfast for each adult in the room and it was printed on my confirmation page as such, however, when I brought this to Ricardo's attention he tells me that he only agreed to pay for two and ignored the fact that it was printed on my confirmation page and told me to call the website that I booked the reservation through and have them pay for the extra two.
