1. Most of the people that work in Miami and live there are not very nice so the staff here is just par for the course, although there were some exceptions.

2. Not sure why so many people complain about the noise level, we didn't have this problem except one night when people were out by the pool being loud, but the hotel staff did ask them to return to their rooms.

8. I felt that the rooms were very clean, except I did notice something sticky on the counter by the sink, I forgot about it so I never asked them to clean it up.

9. I was ready to write a fantastic review, except when the safe disaster happened and only 2 hours sleep, we walked out of there a little disappointed from such a great start to a stressful let downto end a very enjoyable weekend.
