1. I can't think of a good reason for any hotel staff to be knocking on a door at 10:30 for any reason other than a safety concern.

4. Most city hotels don't accept pets so hats off to the Hyatt for allowing small pets and at a reasonable price.

5. First, should the occupiers of the room next to us ever perchance across this review, the 'noisy young child' you complained about to the front desk was one year old so how you expect us to reason with a one year old is beyond me.

7. One reason for that (and I consider this a plus) - the AC/Heat unit was almost completely silent.

8. The location is superb and the restaurants on the top floor are amazing for their appearance and their most reasonably priced food (although the staff was clearly overwhelmed by the unanticipated number of patrons.
