2. If you drive there, you have to be extremely attentive or you'll pass it: the Hyatt signs are pretty small, and the actual entrance is on a side alley, not on Broad Street.

8. I was VERY excited to visit the Park Hyatt because I have been at several Park Hyatt's lately (Chicago, Wash DC, etc) and they are always a big step up from the general chain hotels with a great attention to detail and amenities.

9. Yes, the rooms are a bit tired here, but it's easy to overlook when there is so much history and attention to detail in the ceilings, woodwork, marble, etc.
