1. This would deter us from staying there again because the positives outweighs the negatives and what's a little exercise? We're from Manhattan, right? But what if one of us were intoxicated or injured and it wasn't safe to walk.

4. I have stayed at the Park Hyatt Belleview several times since July 2008 and despite my photos and positive experience at the first stay I have been disappointed in the amenity cuts and overall dirty rooms (stained furniture, carpet, and walls).
