My overall experience was less than desirable, I payed in advance for the king conc rm when I checked in and was in my room housekeeping came in saying she needed to clean rm, the refrigerator was unstable and unplugged (which I soon found out why), the rm was small nothing like what the pic illustrated, the tv kept going out, the desk clock didn't work and 1 of the 4 elevators was broke 3 out of the 6 days I was here.
