1. The staff was very accommodating, especaily when I could not get business documents to print from there guest computers.

2. We landed early on a Friday and they accommodated my family by giving us a very early check-in so I didn't have to keep our luggage in the back of the pickup truck :-) My wife was not happy about the pickup truck, hah.

7. The staff was not prepared for a disaster in any way, lights were off and on for a few hours and they did not know what to do, they had only 1 or 2 flashlights and did not accommodate the guests in anyway.
