1. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and quiet at night, food was very good-both in the restaurants (The Terrace) on the second floor and room service-although a little pricey.

9. The street noise is very audible even on the 21st floor, bring earplugs if you are looking for a quiet night's sleep (horn honking, Church Bells EVERY HOUR.

10. While it's not the nice new Sheraton across the street, the things that I like about this hotel is that it's clean, the rooms are large and the decor is adequate, but, most importantly, it's extremely quiet and the rooms are soundproof, which lends itself to an excellent night's sleep.
