1. It took us a few seconds to figure out how it works but within a few seconds 2 staff members were asking us if we were managing ok or did we need help with the check in? Within another few seconds the computer was spitting our room keys out.

4. The concierge was very helpful but we experiences that special instructions did not always seem to get to the tour guides, prices were not always accurate, and one of the restaurants recommended was closed for repairs.
