Perhaps the hotel personnel should find out?SUMMARY: My impression is that the Hyatt Regency management feels they have a captive and well-heeled business clientele from the Convention Center who are on expense accounts and therefore, don't care that the Hyatt is pretentious and overpriced and offer few amenities.
