9. When we changed rooms (for bigger beds, not because anything was wrong with our first room), the staff were more than accomodating, and moved us to a new room (upgrade) for no extra charge, AND sent a valet to help us move our luggage.

10. More:- I didn't try internet as I have an aircard- Colleagues said fitness room is nice but I walked instead, so can't verifyI recently stayed at the new Phoenix Westin and it was DIVINE.
