1. This was no tired shell of a former great like you often see in downtowns, the hotel appeared to be in great shape, had excellent workout facility, staff was very responsive to requests, couldn't have asked for a better stay.

2. I got a great deal, 4 nights at the Hyatt Regency downtown, close to a lot of great things to do like the baseball stadium, 4 nights, $100 per night on the Southwest airlines site.

8. I would get rid off the 6 deep access stairs and enlarge and deepen the pool, it is more like a water feature.
