1. the pool area is fantastic, the front desk staff is very helpful, the hotel offers free snacks at night (candy bars, chips, granola bars, whatever you want), and the rooms are very spacious.

5. Add the fact that the rooms are spacious and feature nice big TVs and (in the suites at least) a large sitting area, desk, bar, and fridge, as well as ample free parking, and you've got a winner for what they call an 'Urban Retreat.
