1. My boyfriend loves to swim but did not go anywhere near the pool after seeing the lack of care taken for keeping the area clean.

2. I am pretty sure that the big chain hotels would not take care of you this way- something to consider when planning a stay-cation or traveling the countryside=locally owned establishments take care to take care.

3. So in the end I had a very nice stay and if you don't care about such things by all means i would reccomend a stay at the Clarendon and I will most likely be outvoted by my wife the next time we stay in Phoenix.
