1. At Royal Palms we had a ground floor room in Montevista, which is the new section.

6. The only negative item (very minor) was the need to do some upgrades to the bathroom (and perhaps buy new towels, which we found thick but not at all absorbent).

7. The desinger casitas are not as new or as squeaky-clean, but are more private and tucked away on he property.
