1. Upon check in, the front desk staff was friendly and knowlegeable, The office is beautifully appointed, as are so many of the hotel lobby rooms.

One note of improvement might be the bath towels that should probably include a bath sheet, but everything else, from the robes to the beautifully scented amenities, from the flat screen TV to the extensive magazine selection, the free wireless Internet and the luxurious linens, made for a comfortable, serene several nights of meetings.
