1. One cool thing about this resort is that they provide an environment where you don't need to feel obligated to tip at every turn [except at the restaurants] by instilling a very reasonable daily resort fee [$28].

7. We enjoyed the pool (it does get very cool after the sun goes down, even during June) and there is a cabana bar open from 11 to 6 and serves drinks and food.

8. 50 per minute for internet service, also cheap- Reserving tables for up to 8 people in the lounge for non-guests is not cool- On going to the Spa to use the steam, etc.

9. In the cool, classy, intimate front office, I was quickly checked in, my advance request for newspapers had already been taken care of, my request for an early check in was accomodated, and my bags were promptly delivered to my Designer casita, which was atucked behind a wonderfully soft but not too sweet smeloling orange tree and trellises of fuscias.
"A rare classic hideaway with gorgeous grounds and outstanding service. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/29/2009 Vote
10. People like James, the minibar attendant that escorted us to the dining room when we were wandering, a bit lost, in our exploration of the hotel or Adam, the bell person who checked us out and noticed the computer bag, thoughtfully storing it in the bell closet to keep the equipment cool.
"A Cloistered Slice of 5-Star Heaven " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/28/2009 Vote
