1. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with authentic kindness and care.

We also don't care for the spa (overpriced/small and I had - honestly - a horrible facial that I should never have been charged for on our last visit) or the pool (it is very tiny for a hotel pool and very crowded) at the Royal Palms so we really were just there for cocktails, dinner and a what turned out to be non-existent breakfast before flying out the next morning.

5. It was a visit locally for our Weddinfg Anniversary and the Royal Palms staff took every step to make sure it was mentioned to us at every chance, congratulated us, and made us feel special and the only ones they were dealing with or cared about at every step.
