1. What's not to like about this place? I think the only thing you could possibly complain about is the $28 mandatory resort fee, but even that seemed reasonable to me considering there was a no tipping policy, free HS internet and a nice fitness center in return.

2. There was a resort fee of $28 / day imposed at check-in but the free wifi and ALL gratuities are included in this and even when I tried to tip the guy who brought my bag to the room, he re-affirmed the policy that tipping wasnt necessary (I did anyway).

3. Old town Scottsdale is about 5 minutes in the car and downtown parking is free.

6. They were generally very good about constantly providing free iced water to guests and fairlyl regularly making rounds to see if anyone wanted food or drinks but sometimes they would just disappear for long stretches, or carry on long, and loud, conversations with certain guests.

One note of improvement might be the bath towels that should probably include a bath sheet, but everything else, from the robes to the beautifully scented amenities, from the flat screen TV to the extensive magazine selection, the free wireless Internet and the luxurious linens, made for a comfortable, serene several nights of meetings.
