5. My mother, also wanted a robe, so I got dressed, when downstairs to request a robe, and the lady at the front desk, first of all, took her several minutes to arrive at the front desk, second of all, when I asked for a robe her EXACT response was.

9. I called the front desk 3 times - actually went downstairs around midnight and asked/pleaded for security to come upstairs and calm down the floor - NO RESPONSE - no offer to relocate to another floor - no compensation when complained.
