4. We had planned to check out at noon, but when we needed to go to the hospital with our friend, Dale took care of holding our room at no charge until we were able to return.

6. He asked me which type of room I was looking for, even though I did not care what room I was put in because I was very tired he gave me a complimentary upgrade to a King suite which was beautiful.

8. Be careful with the in room drinks, if you just lift the beverage up they will charge you, even if you don't drink the beverage.

9. Most Westin's really know how to take care of the business traveler and I almost always have a great stay.

10. I explained the situation to her, and not only did she remedy it but she even gave a follow up phone call to make sure we were all taken care of.
