3. The Westin must have better regulations for their franchisees because in general they have a very uniform code of cleanliness, impeccable and modern rooms, helpful staff, and unsurpassed service.

4. John Rabold went into action and made me feel very calm by taking control and speeding up my process moving me to another room with a better view that I could get in right then and now.
