2. The Westin must have better regulations for their franchisees because in general they have a very uniform code of cleanliness, impeccable and modern rooms, helpful staff, and unsurpassed service.

9. If you want to rate this on cleanliness, go in room 325 lift up the curtains, there was candy lying there when I stayed there, also check out the mildew in the shower.
