1. From a professional position the hotel is a nightmare to work with.

2. It's exactly what you would expect from a regular Hilton Hotel - it is professionally run, the medium-sized rooms are clean, and it has all the necessary conference facilities and catering options so that you wouldn't have leave the hotel for a week if you didn't want to.
