1. All the staff were friendly and helpfull, and I would like to especially mention the front desk manager, Ismail for really taking care of our needs in a very proffesional way.

2. However this aid the hotel maybe large but it hasn't lost it's standard of customer care and every member of staff we met from maids/waiters and reception staff all gave excellent service.

3. Parking is expensive ($35/day for self park) but if you are coming for the weekend and you're careful, you can probably find legal on-street parking.

9. The walk to Mall and sites typically visited by visitors is a long one if you care to avoid the subway.
