7. Everyone was so friendly - welcomed us back every night - great location - a few blocks from a metro stop - tree lined streets - lots of people out and about - lots of choices of restaurants within walking distance.

9. The staff (Simon, Mediombo, and Kamaria) are always helpful and friendly; the rooms are always clean and well appointed (I really like the Art Deco styling), and the location is perfect for access to DuPont Circle and the Metro.
