3. Excellent location close enough to walk to the sights (20 mins walk from the White House and 5 mins from the Metro at Dupont Circle) but in a quiet residential area so it was easy to get some well earned rest after a long and busy day of touring this fabulous city.

4. The decor (30's Art Deco) is fabulous, the rooms are unreal - tempurpedic beds with tons of extra pillows, granite countertops and black and white tiles throughout, huge flatscreen TV and an amazing view.
