5. Another great advantage is the free pass to the nearby gym, which is much better than the sloppy fitness rooms that you find in most hotel.

6. They do offer free parking on a first come, first serve basis, but it is very hard to get given the small number of spaces in the back of th hotel (approx 25).

This is not a 'luxury' hotel but it delivers 5 star value in every department:Perfect location in the beatiful Dupont District,spacious rooms, nice beds and the kitchenette is great (with Safeway next door),big tv and free internet, really nice soaps and bathroom,and not the least, incredibly helpful and friendly staff.

10. I love getting free passes to the Washington Sports Club (although I don't think any of the students ever take advantage of this, I try to go every morning.
