If I could change one thing, it would be to allow guests to check out laptops for use in their rooms -- even for a very limited amount of time, it would be more convenient to use at a desk and there was nowhere to go with it
except
the bar.

The rest of the front desk staff I encountered (
except
for the very polite, helpful older gentleman and the manager) seemed like they couldn't be bothered to lift a finger or would just stare awkwardly at people as they entered which was very weird.
"Tons of amenities but needs more attention to details. "
