1. I liked that it had a microwave and mini-fridge (a huge plus for a family).

As for the room, I didn't find the adjustable bed to be particularly comfortable at various settings (but not prohibitively uncomfortable), and I didn't like the pillows; a flyer says they give us all types of pillows but they weren't in the room, so perhaps if I had asked it could have been remedied.

5. There were signs of wear, like a drain with the plug broken off and the smell of solvent in the hall, but these weren't too concerning.

10. Only hassle is the parking, which is valet, and takes longer than you'd like to retrieve our car.
