1. It wasn't that bad considering that those rooms are far better than the internal rooms (I checked my colleague's room and the layout was odd and significantly smaller than mine), but I would prefer a higher floor.

3. Hardly any dining in the immediate vicinity, you need to go down to Chinatown or up to the Dupont Circle for better options.

7. Even though we were on the eight floor we could hear the units' constant drone which was a little annoying but still better than car noise for us.
