7. The room itself was utilitarian in design, but certainly roomy enough for 3 of us--2 double beds, and the room easily accommodated a roll-away, they have Neutrogena amenities, the water pressure was good, etc.

8. The location was outstanding (only a few blocks to the White House, a short walk to the Smithsonian, etc), they accommodated our 11:30am arrival, they provided us with a rollaway for the 11 year old for no extra charge, they allowed us a 1:30pm checkout, they ran to my car and got my umbrella for me when I forgot it, provided a free 24-hour business center with computers and a printer, had free internet in the rooms.

10. We found the staff very friendly and willing to help in anyway possible and on top of that the bed was extremely comfortable which is high on our list of priorities for any accommodation.
