1. We had a problem with the first room that we had ( only one upholstered chair for two guests), but when we asked that an other chair be brought to the room, we were asked if we wanted another room instead.

3. The next day when checking-out I was looking at the bill and the Amex amenity was not taken out, the person at the front desk had to call the supervisor to adjust the prices something most of the hotels I stayed at never had problems.

5. problems - On my last stay I booked a Park Suite and was given one on the top floor that had an odd layout and seemed less than the advertised 1060 sq.

6. I agree with the previous review about the smell of shampoos (I have this problem in all of the Hyatt hotels).

7. This is a small inconvenience, though, they provide coffee downstairs: problem is, I drink tea, which is not provided.

8. Also, it was not a problem for us because we bought a week-long Metro pass, but you cannot get anywhere in DC from this hotel without it.
