2. we were facing the fairmount and on the 7th floor and hardly heard anything from outside other than the occasional sirens.

3. The fitness center/spa suite is located on the mezzanine level and is a bit hard to find - with a trip to the 3rd floor on the elevator followed by a long walk to the end of the corridor only to go down the fire stairs 1 level and through a nondescript door into the actual pool/fitness center.

4. We were on the 5th floor of the hotel, and the street noise was hardly noticeable.

5. Light switches hard to figure out - we had a lamp that was positioned with the globe just directly on the floor, and you had to turn it off seperately - no switch turned it off.

7. It's hard to give a five star review when you are spoken to like a 4-year old about a breakfast seating (and when the yoghurt served at the continentant buffet is expired by > 1 week).

10. We thought the bed was very comfy and loved the rain shower but the tub can be a little hard to get out of if you are older or short.
