6. We booked their expensive suite + an extra room, ate at their super expensive restaurant more than once, and they can't just throw in some coffee and croissants? The location is only OK, it is a hike to the metro.

10. Downside: Parking, at $40/day is expensive, and the parking meters nearby are checked several times an hour - you WILL get a ticket if you don't keep track.
