1. i didn't complain to the front desk because i wasn't staying inside the hotel during the day but for a luxury hotel and today's world being broadcast in HD, there is no reason why the hotel can't have the HD signal.

2. The Park Hyatt does have a car however it was only offered to us one time, after I complained about cab drivers ripping us off.
