1. If it weren't for the under-impressive connecting room and street noise coming into the room I would have rated the hotel 5 star.

10. If you're looking for a hotel that you can sleep in all day without noise, this probably isn't it, but I highly doubt you'll find a hotel in DC without that street traffic unless you stayed in a boutique hotel in one of the residential districts.
