2. Numerous wear and tear issues in my guest room, such as a broken doorstop, black marks on walls, chipped tiles in bathroom, yellow stains in the shower and generally dirty-looking carpet.

3. We stayed in a suite, which was not really large but good enough, bathrooms are OK, but again there is wear and tear on the contemporary fixtures.

4. The rooms are still contemporary however (my first stay was 2 years ago) have now sign of tear which takes away the fresh modern look the rooms had before.
