1. They disappointed me by charging for each coffee or tea packets I used in the room, I forget how much, but it added up.

5. The only disappointing aspect of this hotel is that it doesn't offer complimentary tea and coffee in the hotel rooms (there is tea and coffee available in the room but you have to pay for it) - this is something we'd expect from a four star hotel.
