1. I arrived from a late flight at midnight and had get switched to four different rooms before finding one that didn't smell like cigarette smoke and/or have stains all over the carpet.

8. Room was downsized, air conditioner on the blink, the smell of cigarette smoke chocking me, and when I complained the next morning, I hit a stone cold wall of arrogance with the condescending, attitude heavy manager.
