1. I asked the rude woman at the desk again to please give me some help (nearly 15 minutes had gone by and I was late for a dinner) and she effectively yelled at me and told me I was being rude and impatient.

3. Upon returning from dinner, we had to make our way through this crowd (which had spilled outside) to get into the lobby and, once in the lobby, the hotel staff guarding the elevators were rude to us as we showed our room keys to be granted access.
