1. We stayed at the La Posada Hotel in Winslow, Arizona and that place was restored with love and thoughtfulness, I expected the same from this property and I was severely disappointed.

6. Be advised there is a loud nightclub in the same building and the desk clerks are amazingly rude (disappointing in a city where most everyone is friendly).
