9. 1) a pathetic shower that has difficulty maintaining a constant temperature; 2) rooms that are too hot (of course you could open the window, but you better like bad 80s rock from some club across the street with its own unique charms); 3) no elevator for luggage (though they did offer to help with luggage); 4) having to deal with a place that is both a rock club and a hotel, two things that are kind of mutually exclusive; 5) the restaurant was of uneven quality (poached eggs clearly not being within the kitchen's skill set).
