1. The walls are paper thin, the bathroom is cramped, there's an active bar scene in the lobby and the train tracks are out back This makes a restful night difficult if you want to go to bed before 1am.

2. It is located inside the downtown area and just like any other downtown there are clubs, nice restaurants, very few outdoor activities, and limited parking so it would be difficult to entertain kids and difficult to find things are them to do.

3. There is a very small lounge area upstairs with a television, but it would be difficult to hear due to the open floor plan and the bar and lounge down stairs.
